In case of an emergency, a video call can often solve the problem. The primary reason for requiring service is typically weight variation, which occasionally needs attention. To ensure your product is compatible with the machine, we always advise our customers to provide us with a sample product. We will run the machine in front of you to achieve customer satisfaction. We never send out a machine unless we, as a company, are fully satisfied with its performance. Every machine has its limitations. When you aim to pack products ranging from 1 gram to 1 kilogram, it's challenging because machines are designed for specific weight ranges. For example, consider weighing machines: each has a designated range. A machine designed to weigh in milligrams requires high sensitivity and precision, making it unsuitable for weighing 5 kilograms as it would break under such weight. The same principle applies to packing machines. Machines designed to handle larger weights cannot accurately weigh products in milligrams. This means the dream of an all-in-one packing machine is unrealistic. Understanding these challenges highlights the importance of using specialized machines for precise work. It's always advised to purchase a machine tailored to your specific needs. Typical weight ranges for packing machines might be 1 gram to 5 grams, 5 grams to 30 grams, and 30 grams to 1 kilogram, and each is typically designed for specific products. For instance, an auger filler is ideal for powders, a weigh filler suits granules, a paste filler works for pastes, and a liquid filler is meant for liquids. At the end of the day, the choice of machine depends entirely on your product.

What is the body made of is it a cheap metal like MS or is it STAINLESS STEEL you can google the difference in the price of the materials. it could be the small things that matter in the long run is the metal coated with powder coating or is it nickel plated what type of PLC is used how is my input output for later expansion of features? what is the size of the screen is it 4inch, 7inch or 8inch does it even have a touch screen? Which motors are used by which sensors? does it have safety measures built-in or at least safety stickers for the operator? how is the program is it easy to use and understand? If you only care about the price and nothing other than that it's only your loss because the machine you buy for cheap and low cost will not run half of the time and will cost you the same in maintenance which you could have avoided if have asked the right question.
